Prohibited & Restricted Requests
Clear terms help customers understand how services, payments and requests are handled.
City Transit provides lawful transportation, delivery, errand, rental and import services. We may refuse any request that is unsafe, illegal, misleading or outside our authorization.
Examples of prohibited or restricted items and activities
- Illegal drugs, stolen goods or contraband
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives or dangerous chemicals without lawful written authorization and prior approval
- Undeclared hazardous, flammable or toxic materials
- Cash, negotiable instruments or high-value items unless expressly accepted
- Animals, human remains, biological materials or controlled medical items without approved arrangements
- Requests involving fraud, impersonation, harassment, trespass or unlawful entry
- Items prohibited by a carrier, customs authority, government agency or applicable law
Customers must disclose accurate contents, values, ownership and required permits. City Transit may inspect packaging, request documentation, refuse service or notify authorities where required by law.
